Q. When will I receive my goods

A. All items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, using Parcelforce 48hr delivery service. During the Winter when we are closed on Mondays, all goods ordered over the weekend will be dispatched by Parcelforce 48Hr service on Tuesday. If any items are out of stock we will contact you within 24 hrs to advise a delivery date and give you the option of cancelling or changing your order.

Q. What are your Carriage Costs ?

A. For deliveries within Parcelforce Zone 1 we offer a flat rate carriage charge of £7.50 on all awnings . Smaller Items are charged at cost. For deliveries to other zones at a surcharge please phone for a quote.

     Zone 1
     England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
     Zone 2
     The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
     Zone 3
     Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Carriage to Channel Islands and Europe also available phone or email for a quote.


Q. Is the online payment secure?

A.   YES   - We use Paypal to process credit/debit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method and can be assured your Credit Card details are secure. Alway check that you are on a secure server before entering your credit card details by looking out for a padlock symbol and that the site URL starts with the letters 'shttp://'. We can also accept Credit/Debit card payments over the phone on 01446 772498


Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We offer a full money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred) if the item is returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied with the receipt / invoice within 14 days. OR if by a remote chance the item is delivered incomplete or damaged, we will replace it by courier at our own expense. Please make sure you contact us before returning any item stating the exact nature of the problem or fault.
